Yoga therapy begins with assessment. We discuss your current experiences of body, breath, mind, and spirit. We explore your intention and goals.
Utilizing the Kosha model, five layers of being, as well as Ayurvedic models of constitution to better understand how balance and imbalance are currently presenting for you, we will chart the path toward greater well-being by harmonizing your system through tailored yoga practices.
A minimum of 5 follow up sessions recommended for full benefit.
